At Explore My Voice, we offer a professional and fully resourced Speech Pathology service that empowers children and adults to achieve their communication goals and function independently across a range of settings. We provide a high standard of care, with dedication and commitment to helping each client reach their full potential in a fun and enjoyable learning environment.

We pride ourselves on our ability to offer flexible and family-friendly services that are specifically tailored to the individual needs. We collaborate closely with parents and other significant caregivers to ensure they are involved in every step of the process. We also liaise directly with schools, daycares and other health professionals.

We will help you find manageable ways to seamlessly incorporate speech pathology practice into your everyday routines and activities.

Our speech pathologist is Certified Practising Speech Pathologists as recognised by Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) . She also actively participate in ongoing learning and professional development to ensure that assessment and therapy services always adhere to principles of evidence-based practice.

Ifdal is a warm- hearted, enthusiastic, creative and adaptable certified Practicing Speech Pathologist recognised by Speech Pathology Australia after graduating from The University of Sydney. She has developed a passion for advocating and supporting individuals with special needs.
She has dedicated time into expanding her knowledge skills and practices as a clinician. Prior to Ifdal becoming a Speech Pathologist, she completed a bachelor of Primary Education at Macquarie University and a Master of Special Education from University of New South Wales.
Ifdal believes in fostering ‘connection through communication’ and is a strong advocate of play-based learning to ensure that children can develop functional, real-world communication skills through meaningful experiences and interactions with others. She has gained experience working across a range of clinical settings including schools, hospitals, regional community health centres and other clinic based centres. She has experience working with intellectual disabilities, swallowing difficulties post stroke, developmental delays, dyslexia, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ifdal is bilingual (Arabic) and therefore has a deep appreciation and understanding of the needs of children from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Ifdal is passionate about collaborating with families, teachers and other health professionals to ensure successful client outcome and quality of life. Evidence based practice underpins her philosophy as she believes using the latest research ensures better outcomes.
